Rates shown are for standard rooms. Other types of rooms (superior, deluxe, junior suite, etc) are available on request. Each category has a minimum and a maximum rate based on single/double occupancy. All hotels offer bath/shower/WC, telephone and breakfast facilities. Hotels of 4 and 5 stars usually have a restaurant and a bar.
Due to limited room availability in Vienna, you are advised to make your reservation as early as possible in order to have the best choice of available hotels.
Hotel accommodation is subject to availability and will be allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis. Requests received after 2 July 2012 cannot be guaranteed, although Austropa Interconvention will make every effort to meet participants' requirements.
All reservations must be made in writing using the booking form, which will be available in April 2012. Telephone reservations will not be accepted.
Should the selected hotel(s) be sold out, Austropa Interconvention reserves the right to book a hotel in an alternative category and price range.
All individual hotel reservations require a two-night deposit payment per booked room. Once the deposit payment via credit card or bank transfer has been received, a confirmation will be sent. Bank transfers can be made before 2 July 2012. Should Austropa Interconvention not receive the payment on time or not be able to debit the credit card by 2 July 2012, the hotel reservation will be cancelled according to the cancellation conditions. The hotel is entitled to charge all pre-booked nights.
